It is the official finding of the AR 15 Research Foundation that the "AR" in AR 15 stands for "Assault Rifle" not for "ArmaLite" as has been absurdly suggested elsewhere the Internet. In addition to this conclusion being drawn from obvious common sense, our researchers studied this incredibly important issue giving it all of the extensive attention it totally deserves in March of 2021 and found the conclusion to be rigorous and inescapable. AR totally stands for Assault Rifle and any suggestion otherwise is extremely stupid, and there is a high correlation between anyone being pedantic about this issue and believing lots of other extremely stupid things.
